It was great coming home to a clean house on Wednesday.  Thanks a lot.  We were very happy with how things were done when we got home.  I have you penciled in for the next visit.  Here are a few things that will hopefully make things easier for you and you guys next time...
 1.  There will be a toilet brush in the house next time. 
 2.  Please don't dust the floor arrangement by the mantle. 
It is very fragile and it needs to be repaired.

Hi Barbra,

I am still in London and will be returning on
Friday evening.  However, your appt. is confirmed. 
Here is some feedback for you.
1.  My wife and I are very pleased with the cleaning
 and we hope to continue with your services for years
 to come.
2.  Last time we thought the cleaning was excellent,
but the amount of "re-arranging" we had to do was
much more than we expected.  Now, given a choice,
we would move stuff back in their place every time
to get the quality of cleaning we are now receiving,
but if this could be improved we would certainly
appreciate it.
Lastly, know that we appreciate your work.

Good afternoon Barbra!

I just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate everything your service does for our house when you come clean!  You  guys always do a good job, but I noticed several things yesterday that I would have considered above and beyond!

I can't tell you what it means to have someone like you that we can trust to do a good job, even when we aren't home.  Thanks again!
